Child policy: Two children below 10 years of age can stay free of charge, with existing bedding only. Extra bed, mattress and Breakfast subject to charge.
Guarantee policy: All reservations need to be guaranteed with a valid credit card, credit cards will be pre-authorized for one night charge on day of arrival, declined credit card bookings and non-guaranteed reservations will be released at 16:00 hrs. on day of arrival
Cancellation policy: Strictly 24 hours prior to arrival date, late cancellation charges are minimum one night charges with tax and service charge.
No-show policy: All no-show reservations will be charged one night charges with tax and service charge and the booked nights will be automatically released.
Pet policy: Strictly no-pets allowed under any circumstances.
Visitor policy: Photo Identification needed. Charges apply after 20:00 hrs. Hotel reserves rights of admission.
